Black Silicon carbide P-Grit Abrasive material

Black Silicon carbide P-Grit Abrasive material is produced by a special milling process after melting quartz(the main chemical is SiO2) and petroleum coke(the main chemical is carbon). The Black silicon carbide P-Git has a sharper granule than F-Grit. That shape make grains more easily to glue sand onto coated abrasive base such as cloth and paper and stick tight on those bases.

The F-Grit and P-Grit in the silicon carbide No. sand refer to product models produced by different production processes in the abrasive industry according to different uses.
The F-Grit in the silicon carbide sand mainly refers to the abrasive used for the production of fixed abrasive tools, such as: ceramic grinding wheels, abrasive blocks, resin grinding wheels and so on. Most of the F-Grit in silicon carbide sand is produced by ball mills or Barmac in China, with high bulk density and high strength.
The P-Grit in the silicon carbide sand mainly refers to the abrasive used for the production of coated abrasives, such as: abrasive belt, emery cloth, sandpaper, etc. The P-Grit in the silicon carbide sand is produced by a roller crusher, which is sharp and self-sharpening.
