Green silicon carbide grain F30
Green silicon carbide grain F30 is a relatively coarse grit for sandblasting. It is suitable for making GC abrasive discs and abrasive wheels.
For blasting, F30 green silicon carbide is a normal grit for surface treatment on ceramic, marble, and non-ferrous metals such as copper, titanium alloy, and tungsten carbide. The function of green silicon carbide abrasive blasting is to make the surface rough enough before painting. The GC grain is a superb abrasive material for tough substrate. It can make the hard work done efficiently.
For making abrasive tools, green silicon carbide F30 is always an ideal material for cup wheels and centerless grinding wheels. Besides vitrified abrasive, green silicon carbide performs well in bonded abrasive discs. Those GC abrasive tools are ideal for glass grinding, granite grinding, and hard-bearing grinding.
GC F30 is of A-grade green silicon carbide with main chemical SiC min 99%.
