Why 95% amorphous boron powder price ranged from China suppliers?
There are several suppliers of amorphous boron powder in China. Most manufacturer can only supply amorphous boron powder with purity 90% 92% 94%. For 95% amorphous boron powder prices from China suppliers ranged.
- Firstly of all, there is no industrial production regulation for amorphous boron powder. Most factory can’t make purity more than 95%. But still mark 95% purity. The price is cheaper.
- Secondly, it need to get dual-use export licence for exporting amorphous boron powder purity above 97%. So China exporter can’t make much higher than 95% to avoid restriction.
- Third, difference particle size lead to difference cost. The original particle siz of amorphous boron powder is 1-3um. For other sizes such as 1um,800nm,4um,5um, it need to make special treatment. That will increase production cost as well.
In our factory, most order need to make customized production. The B content from us is real data(95-96% and 96-97%). If marks 95% B, we always make it just less than export restriction 97%. Ordinary product is of 95% B with typical value 95.6%，D50 is 1-3 um, typical value about 2um.
