Silicon carbide price rises in 2025
The price of petroleum coke, the main raw material of silicon carbide, rose by about 140 USD per Ton after Chinese New Year. That directly led to an increase in the cost of black silicon carbide and green silicon carbide. Many silicon carbide manufacturers in China have raised prices. The price rose range varies, and some of them are waiting to see the market reaction. Even so, the trend of rising silicon carbide prices is inevitable.
