Sintered silicon carbide ceramics are often used in thermal power desulfurization systems, chemical anti-corrosion and wear-resistant parts, and other anti-corrosion and wear-resistant fields. For silicon carbide ceramic manufacturing, the black silicon carbide particle should be of high SiC purity and particle consistency. The black silicon carbide particles and powder produced by Haixu Abrasives are made of 98% silicon carbide A-grade blocks, which are processed by the ball milling process. The grains are round shape and evenly distributed. The black silicon carbide powder produced by the pickling purification process, helps the sintered ceramics maintain better-sintered density and bending strength.
