1. Product Introduction of Black silicon carbide particle
Black silicon carbide particle is the raw material for sintered silicon carbide ceramics. It has excellent properties such as high strength, high hardness, high thermal conductivity, good chemical corrosion resistance, and good thermal shock resistance. Sintered silicon carbide ceramics are often used in thermal power desulfurization systems, chemical anti-corrosion and wear-resistant parts, and other anti-corrosion and wear-resistant fields. For silicon carbide ceramic manufacturing, the black silicon carbide particle should be of high SiC purity and particles consistency. The black silicon carbide particles and powder produced by Haixu Abrasives are made of 98% silicon carbide A-grade blocks, which are processed by the ball milling process. The grains are round in shape and evenly distributed. The black silicon carbide powder is produced by the pickling purification process, which helps the sintered ceramics maintain better-sintered density and bending strength.
