99.9% h-BN (Hexagonal Boron Nitride) powder 1um 2um
99.9% h‑BN powder (1 μm, 2 μm) is ultra‑high‑purity fine‑flake hexagonal boron nitride thermal conductive filler. It combines high thermal conductivity and full electrical insulation. Fine particle ensures good dispersion in thermal conductive coatings. It features high‑temperature oxidation resistance, chemical inertness and white color. Widely used for electronics thermal management, battery heat dissipation, thin‑layer thermal coatings and high‑frequency packaging materials.
Product Performance Advantages:
- Good insulation: resistivity >10¹⁴ Ω・cm, non-conductive.
- High thermal conductivity: high thermal conductivity, good heat dissipation.
- High temperature resistance: the physicochemical properties of hexagonal boron nitride remain unchanged below 1000℃ at ambient temperature and at 3000℃ in nitrogen or argon atmosphere. Hexagonal boron nitride-H type powder, after hot pressing and sintering, becomes a white block, easy to process, and can withstand temperatures up to 2000℃.
- Excellent lubrication performance: Low coefficient of friction (~0.16), no slagging or oxidation during high-temperature lubrication.
- Chemical inertness: Resistant to acids and alkalis, corrosion resistant, relatively stable to almost all organic solvents and corrosive chemicals, and chemically inert to almost all molten metals.
- Strong neutron absorption capacity.

Applications:
- Moderately crystalline with excellent high-temperature resistance and oxidation resistance. Its initial particle size is small, but the aggregated particle size is large. Because the particles are spherical, it is particularly suitable as a filler, a release agent for casting and injection molding, and for composite ceramics. It is also easy to hot press.
- The product’s performance reaches or approaches the advanced level of similar foreign products and can replace imported products. Due to its particle size being similar to that of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and its uniform particle size, it is particularly suitable for use as a high-voltage switch spray nozzle.
- It has superior thermal conductivity, making it very suitable for use as a thermally conductive plastic or thermally conductive rubber.
- Hexagonal boron nitride has a low oxygen content, making it particularly suitable as a raw material for special ceramics.
- The product has high crystallinity and more uniform particle size. High-crystallinity hexagonal boron nitride exhibits superior thermal conductivity, insulation, lubrication, high-temperature resistance, and resistance to molten metal corrosion compared to ordinary products. It can be used in various high-end fields, including cosmetics and thermal conductive materials. Its performance reaches or approaches the advanced level of similar foreign products, and it can replace imported products.
- Oxygen <0.3% <0.5% <5% <2% The product itself has high thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, low dielectric constant, low coefficient of expansion, and good stability, therefore it is often used as an additive in the high-end electronics industry.
