Green Silicon Carbide Grit is made from fully melted raw green silicon carbide blocks after milling and sieving. It is an excellent abrasive raw material for making GC abrasive tools. GC abrasive material is suitable for making grinding disc for stone, soft drawing wheel, nylon polishing wheels, PVA polishing wheel, sharpening stone, etc. GC abrasive grit could also work as an assistant abrasive material for diamond tools such as diamond grinding pads.
The grit size of green silicon carbide ranges from F24-F2000. Our QC team takes strict control of chemical purity and particle size distribution. Thus, our Green silicon carbide is of less impurity such as free silica and free carbon. The bulk density of green silicon carbide is also developed for abrasive tools applications.
