Green silicon carbide XRD analysis

Green silicon carbide’s another name is Green carborundum, briefly GC. The SiC content of A-grade green carborundum material is min 99%. Inevitably there are some impurities and incompletely crystallized SIC crystals.  In order to check those indexes, it has to take green silicon carbide XRD analysis.
