Black silicon carbide abrasive grain for rice polishing

In the rice-milling machine, there is a necessary milling roller to remove the rice grain husk. It can improve the rice chaff removal efficiency. The milling roller is always made from silicon carbide abrasives or attached black silicon carbide abrasive grains on the milling lining.

The black silicon carbide abrasive grain gets high grinding capability. And it is durable for its good wear resistance. It can remove the soft rice chaff easily. In the meantime, the black carborundum abrasive grain won’t peel off and contaminate the rice. The black carborundum grits such as F12 F14 F20 F24 F30 F36 F40 are all adopted for this application. Moreover, the black silicon carbide can produce a milling roller directly. After polishing, the rice will get a good surface appearance.
