In addition, the subsequent screening of black silicon carbide powder is produced by washing and overflowing with water, and the powder has good dispersibility and flowability. The thermal conductivity of silicon carbide at room temperature is 60-200 W/(M · K). The theoretical thermal conductivity (thermal conductivity) of pure silicon carbide is 490 W/(M · K), which is higher than the thermal conductivity of most steel, copper, and aluminum.
