FEPA green silicon carbide powder
Green silicon carbide powder Compliance FEPA standard is a kind of SiC powder for grinding and polishing. It is not only of high silicon carbide content but also gets proper grit size as an abrasive medium.
At first, the purity of grinding GC powder shall be 99%. Even the finest grit has to be more than 98% purity.
Second, the polishing operation gets higher demand on the particle range and particle distribution of silicon carbide powder. The GC F230- GC F2000 grits all get a uniform powder size. It should get water suspension treated. That makes the output rate very low. And it will take a longer time for finer grit size.
